You Must Prepare For Provision (Gal 6:7)

You must prepare for God’s provision in order to receive what you are looking for. The Lord has been speaking this truth into my heart for the last several months and again brought it to my attention. Preparation is a seed sown in faith to bring a harvest of what you are looking for. If you want your church body to grow in the spirit or in numbers you must make the appropriate preparations so that will happen. One of the things that I have noticed is the lack of preparation for the things of God.

We want to go about our day to day lives and believe that when God wants it to happen everything will just fall into place. I have yet to see doors and opportunities open for no reason. The blessings of God come along because we have sown seeds of preparation along the way. Today I want to look at one specific issue that I have seen very little preparation being done in the church today. This is an area that is very dear to me because it is my heart. Today like never before there is a need for the church to reach the youth of this world.

The greatest move of God we have ever seen lies in this generation and it is extremely important that we make preparations to reach them. As I have worked with youth all around the world, I have heard too many people tell me that they don’t have any youth. I want to remind you that what you fail to prepare for will never come your way. Many churches today are empty of youth because they haven’t been a priority. There have been no preparations done so that we are ready when they come in. Today I want to encourage you to prepare, it might seem silly to appoint a Youth Pastor when you don’t have any or maybe only one or two teenagers but you are sowing a seed of expectation and you will receive a harvest.

I heard the Lord say “When there is preparation I will bring in the provision.” There is such a need today to show this generation the love of God. They need to see who God is and their worth in His eyes. We need to be the ones that are ready to draw them to the presence of God. The world is spending all of their resources to speak their message to this generation and it is time that we work just has hard to get them the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ. Our preparation will make all of the difference. I would love to talk to you more about this personally. Please click on the contacts tab and send me an email or give me a call.

Mission Statement:

Equipping the next generation of leaders to lead today.

Why:

One of the greatest tasks that we have as Christian leaders is to raise up another generation of leaders to come up behind us. This is exactly what I desire to do. I have often heard it said that you are only as successful as your successors. I believe that God has equipped me with the ability to teach and lead the next generation. God has placed in me a strong burden for the youth of the world. I desire nothing more than to see them reach their greatest potential, everything that they were created to be.

This generation that we are raising up will decide the direction of America for the next 40 years.
The world is constantly going after them and I believe that it is time for the church to rise up and begin to fight for their souls. This generation is one that is passionate; we should guide them to be passionate about the things of God.

My desire is to equip them with the tools necessary to lead, whether that is in the workplace
or in ministry. I want to build leaders that lead with principles from the word of God. Time is passing us by. We have to do something, we can’t wait any longer.
