Our Vision

Youth Pastor / Leaders Retreats/Conferences

To minister at our greatest potential, we need times to be restored and refreshed. This is why I will be offering Youth Pastor retreats. You will be able to receive ministry and encouragement. At the Youth Pastors conferences, you will receive insight and teaching on how to reach today’s youth. I will be giving ideas on how to build the following: a strong youth ministry, unity in your youth group,
a leadership team, relationships with youth groups in your area, and longevity in your youth ministry.

Student Youth Leaders Conferences

One of the greatest tasks in front of us is to raise up the next generation of leaders, teaching them how to lead from Godly principles. We need leaders that will revolutionize the world. This conference is designed for teenagers who are called to lead. I’ve seen the mark of leadership on teenagers everywhere I go. During the conference, I will be giving Godly principles to leadership, exposing the tactics the enemy uses, and showing how he has Christians buying into and accepting today’s culture.

Regional Youth Conferences

Teenagers must see that they are part of something bigger than their youth group. Building relationships with their peers from all across their region will help strengthen their stand for Christ. It’s amazing to see what happens when you are in a room full of spiritually hungry teenagers. We will spend time in the presence of God, have teaching sessions, and personal ministry.

Regional/International Youth Camps

Camp is a very significant time in shaping a teen’s life. It is a week shut off and removed from all of the distractions of life. Our time is wholly devoted to God. I’ve seen what a consecrated week can do in the life of a teenager and have heard from many of them that it was during camp that they discovered what the will of God was for their life.

Annual Youth Mission Trips

The experiences we have on a mission trip change us and our perspective on life forever. I believe that missions is close to God’s heart and I believe that churches desire to take their youth on a mission trip but have no idea how to get started. I want to help you put together a trip that would meet your ministry desires and your budget.

KFI World Youth Conferences

As partnerships are built with ministries all across the U.S and around the world, a world-wide youth conference would be extremely beneficial. Teenagers would have the opportunity to see this large move of God first-hand. Relationships would be built and stronger bonds would further strengthen the ministry.

KFI Associate College/ School Of Ministry

The effect of the ministries listed above will begin to build leaders and ministers. We can offer them enrollment into college to deepen their understanding of the Word of God.

Licensed/Ordained Ministers/Ministries

At the end of all of this, we will see an increase of young, well-trained and grounded ministers ready to take on the world. We will be able to send them out into the work that God has called them to, well-equipped, with a protective covering. What an amazing way to change the world!
