Clear Vision Student Leadership Conferences

I believe that it is time for the leaders to stand up. No longer can we sit back and wait and see what will happen. We must rise up and begin to lead. This goes from the top all the way down. When would be a better time to begin to instill and teach Godly leadership to emerging leaders?

I believe that now is the time. During the youth leadership conferences, we will expose the tricks
and tactics of the enemy. Satan has infiltrated the church and the thought process of Christians everywhere. We have grown so used to our culture that we have accepted the deceit of the enemy as the normal way of life

We will also talk about the characteristics of a leader and what a leader looks like from God’s perspective. We see a lot of distorted pictures of leadership because they are not based on
the principles in God’s word. If we can learn how to lead God’s way it will make us more
successful in all of our endeavors.

We will be looking at several questions from the youth and ones that I believe every leader
ponders. These conferences are built for those who know that they have been called to lead.

Clear Vision Youth Pastor/Leadership Retreats

Over the last 16 years of working in youth ministry I have found that we Youth Pastors and Leaders are constantly pouring out of ourselves. Very few people realize the amount of effort
and work that it takes to be in this type of ministry.

I have learned a few things over the years that are very useful to know when working with teenagers. I desire to help build, strengthen, and unify as many youth ministries as possible
with this knowledge and experience. During the Youth Pastor and Leader Conference,
I want to pour myself into your life.

I want to give you practical ideas on how to maintain a strong youth group, how to build
unity in your youth group, how to build relationships with other youth groups in your community,
how to build a leadership team, and how to survive as a Youth Pastor and Leader. I have
walked a few miles in your shoes and have such a desire to strengthen and support you in
any way that I can.
